The Biodynamic Calendar is the direct result of the work of Maria THUN, a German biodynamic farmer and researcher who, for over 50 years, carried out numerous experiments to understand the influence of the Moon and planets on cultivated plants. In this way, she discovered the concept of favorable periods for growing root, flower, leaf and fruit vegetables. These indications were first published in 1963 in the German Sowing Calendar.

The Biodynamic Calendar, published in France for over 20 years, is without doubt the most complete and precise.

Its pictorial presentation makes it easy to use, month by month.

The texts in the second part of the Calendar detail the various cosmic rhythms illustrated in the monthly pages, making it easier to understand the astronomical origins of phenomena and their influences on plants.
